4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

Booking:

Appointments can be booked via the Jewels of G.R.A.C.E Therapy booking page hosted by Zoho Booking system. Bookings are subject to availability.

Payment:

Payment must be made before the session.

For the first/introductory session, payment is required no less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Payments can be made via the methods provided during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy:

24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur the full session fee.
