How it works
I provide integrative psychotherapeutic counselling for young people, adults, and older adults.
To help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. During this time, we can discuss your needs and explore how we might work together.
Your first session will focus on understanding the challenges you are facing and identifying your goals for counselling.
Subsequent sessions are tailored to your unique needs, and I conduct regular reviews to ensure your goals are being met effectively.

Weekly 50-minute counselling sessions, which are held in South Croydon & Purley

Online
Weekly 50-minute video call counselling sessions, held on Google Meet or Teams

Phone
Weekly 50-minute telephone counselling sessions. You will receive a call at the arranged time

Our commitment
I am dedicated to making our services approachable and accessible to everyone. To support this, I offer a limited number of concessionary rates for students, individuals on low incomes, and older adults (OAPs).
These rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to eligibility. Evidence of your circumstances will be required as part of the assessment process.
